Watch our film: On the frontline - Responding to a global pandemic

2020 has been an especially challenging year for healthcare workers, with COVID-19 impacting on both our work lives and personal lives.

During this time, our people have shown resilience, courage and an unwavering dedication to our patients and each other.

We are so proud of our amazing people who go above and beyond for our community.

Watch our film: On the frontline – Responding to a global pandemic. A film that captures the experiences of our frontline staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Today is also R U OK? Day – a day that highlights the positive impact that a simple question “R U OK?” can have on someone.

We encourage you to ask your colleagues, friends, family and neighbours “R U OK?”.

You may not have all the answers but just letting someone know you care can sometimes be enough.

If they tell you they’re not ok, take the time to listen, encourage them to access support and check in with them regularly.

We held a special R U OK? webinar with Adam Horsburgh, CEO, who was joined by a panel from across the organisation. We heard their experience over the past 9 months and how they keep themselves, their teams and colleagues ok, not just during the most challenging situation in our modern history, but every day.

If you couldn’t watch it live, you can view the recording. Also visit our R U OK? Day page on the COVID-19 site.
